Savage and Ravage and Placebo are necessary dependency for the mod in question - "DawnCraft Mobs" to load. At the moment, there isn't any possible way to turn it off. For a server of 5-6 people, given you're using Bisect or Shockbyte, I would go for 10GB to make sure the server runs smoothly, and see how it goes from there.
